Job Description
Families for a Livable Climate (FLC) is hiring a Program Director to lead our core programs, community engagement, and movement-building efforts across Montana.
This is a senior-level leadership position responsible for translating strategic priorities into impactful, community-based programs that support volunteers, build partnerships, and create opportunities for people to engage in meaningful climate action.
The Program Director works closely with the Executive Director, practicum student(s), volunteers, and partners to grow FLC’s reach and deepen its impact across the state.
Location: Hybrid, based in Montana (preference for those based in or with strong relationships in the Flathead Valley, Bitterroot Valley, Missoula area, Helena area, or Bozeman area). This position requires regular travel within Montana, as well as evening and occasional weekend work to support community events and programming.
